Head of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police major Ulukbek Balagazyev, died in a traffic accident that occurred near Chok-Tal village of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the ministry reported.
The traffic accident occurred on July 19 at 4 p.m. The driver of Volkswagen Passat car drove into the oncoming lane and collided with Ravon Nexia on the 55th kilometer of Balykchy — Ananyevo — Karakol highway. The drivers of both cars were taken to the hospital.
Ulukbek Balagazyev was driving the Ravon Nexia car. He died in the hospital. He was 35 years old and had two children.
