The Digital Initiatives Fund of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) has launched Work in EAEU mobile application — an online service platform to ensure freedom of movement of the workforce. Press service of the EDB reported.
«Currently, Work in EAEU services are provided within the Russian segment. In other words, citizens of the EAEU and CIS countries can receive state and commercial services when they are employed in Russia. Negotiations are also underway to launch similar application services in other EAEU states,» Tigran Sargsyan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the EDB, said.
Using the application Work in EAEU, you can check if there are any restrictions on entry into Russia, TIN for foreign citizens, pension insurance record in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. Migrants can also file an appeal to the labor inspectorate, an application for recognition of documents on education, registration and issuance of a labor patent.
It is possible to search and respond to vacancies posted on Jobs in Russia portal. A service with a guide to employment was implemented. A list of legal acts of the Russian Federation regulating the procedures for legal employment and work of labor migrants has been compiled and implemented. A knowledge base has been made with questions and answers to the most popular questions about labor migration.
By the end of the year, we plan to include in the application the possibility of applying for SNILS, TIN and registration as a self-employed person.

In terms of commercial services, issuance of a voluntary medical insurance certificate, the search and rental of residential and commercial real estate, the search and purchase of air and railway tickets, and the purchase of a SIM card are available. In the near future, it is planned to introduce new services, including notarized translation of documents, issuance of a bank card, and international transfers.
