Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan is being prepared on start of the school year on September 1. The Minister of Education and Science Almazbek Beishenaliev said at a meeting of the Parliament.
Several deputies at once noted erroneousness of postponing the start of the educational process to September 15 and the need to return to the traditional dates.
«September 1 is the Day of Knowledge, May 25 is the Last Bell Day for all of us. Signatures are being collected, Kyrgyzstanis ask to begin the school year on September 1,» MP Alisher Kozuev said.
The official explained that the issue will be resolved within the next two weeks and the corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers will be adopted — the academic year will traditionally begin on September 1.
