Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov instructed to work out the issue of simplifying the mechanism for obtaining title documents for construction of houses on land plots that fell under the land amnesty. It was announced at a meeting of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers with residents of Voenno-Antonovka village in Chui region.
They rallied outside the Presidential Executive Office building because of problems with land transformation. Citizens are dissatisfied with the terms established by the provision on land amnesty, according to which it takes three months to resolve issues of ownership of a land plot.
The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers listened to the dissatisfaction of citizens and instructed the Ministry of Agriculture to amend the normative legal act in terms of reducing the time for obtaining documents for land plots.
«People hold rallies not just for the devil of it. This stems from desperation, when local governments and other state bodies are inactive. But we always listen to the voice of the people and will make decisions that will not cause discontent among the population,» Akylbek Japarov said.
