Military of Kyrgyzstan participate in international exercises in Turkey

The Minister of Defense, Lieutenant-General Baktybek Bekbolotov made a working visit to the Republic of Turkey to participate in the active phase of EFES-2022 international military exercise. The Information Support Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

For the first time, the military contingent of Kyrgyzstan took part in the large-scale international military exercises in Turkey, which involved special forces from 37 states.

The Minister of Defense visited an exhibition of modern products of the Turkish military-industrial complex, held working meetings with the Minister of National Defense of Turkey Hulusi Akar, and the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov in order to discuss promising projects for further military cooperation.
