Criminal cases were initiated on the fact of death of a schoolboy in the capital’s Ala-Too water park. The Department of Internal Affairs of Oktyabrsky district of Bishkek confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
Criminal cases were opened under Articles 127 «Infliction of death by negligence» and 297 «Creating danger to consumers» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. A forensic medical examination has been scheduled.
Earlier it was reported that a student of the third grade of the school No. 95 drowned in Ala-Too water park.
