A woman suspected of fraud was detained in Bishkek. The Department of Internal Affairs of Oktyabrsky district of the capital reported.
According to it, a resident turned to the police and said that on April 27 some woman promised the applicant to resell her diamond, which costs $1,200. However, she did not fulfill her promise, brought it to a pawnshop and disappeared with the money.
