At least 24 citizens of Kyrgyzstan, who were wanted in their homeland, were detained in Russia. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
«Whereabouts of 24 citizens who were wanted by the law enforcement agencies of Kyrgyzstan for hooliganism, robbery, theft, fraud, abuse of official position, escape from places of punishment, desertion, traffic accidents, non-payment of loans and alimony have been established in Moscow and other cities of Russia,» the statement says.
Search and detention of the wanted persons took place with the assistance of the representative office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan in Russia.
