The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan revoked a license from a payment organization Green Line GSM starting from March 3, 2022. Website of the bank says.
The decision was made by the payment system committee of the National Bank due to violation of the requirements of regulatory legal acts of the bank.
The company has lost the right to provide services for receiving and making payments and settlements for goods and services (not being the result of its activities) in favor of third parties through payment systems based on information technology, electronic means and methods of payment.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the head of Green Line GSM LLC is Adilbek Zhorobaev and the founder is Tamarakhan Razhavalieva. The company is registered and operated in Jalal-Abad region.
