The First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Arzybek Kozhoshev is on a working trip to the city of Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
He will take part in the Kyrgyz-Saudi Business Forum, to which large investment companies from Kyrgyzstan and Saudi Arabia have been also invited. Arzybek Kozhoshev will also hold a number of bilateral meetings with the heads of government agencies of Saudi Arabia — Minister of Commerce Majid bin Abdullah Al Qasabi, Minister of Investment Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, as well as the Minister of Environment, Water Resources and Agriculture Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli.
The First Deputy Prime Minister will also meet with the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Mohamed Yousuf Naghi and visit an exhibition-fair of products from Kyrgyzstan at Digital City multifunctional complex.
The exhibition-fair of products from Kyrgyzstan started in Riyadh at Digital City multifunctional complex on February 25. It is organized by the Agency for Investments and Development. More than 35 domestic companies participate in the fair, which not only promote Kyrgyz products, but also establish business contacts with the business community of Saudi Arabia to attract investment and create joint ventures in the republic.
Cultural events are also planned during the exhibition. The Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy organized a concert program with the participation of Kambarkan folklore and ethnographic ensemble, soloists of the Opera and Variety Theatre, narrators of Manas epic, folk and applied arts craftsmen with master classes in the manufacture of felt products.
