The next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council will be held on June 21-22, 2022 in Brest. Akylbek Japarov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, told journalists today.
According to him, such a decision was made at the initiative of the Belarusian side. He also noted that a number of events will also be held in the republic within the framework of Kyrgyzstan’s chairmanship of the EAEU.
«Kyrgyzstan will host a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Council and the first Eurasian Economic Forum with the participation of the heads of state of the Union. We will be happy to welcome the heads of delegations and the business community in our country,» Akylbek Japarov stressed.
