The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan develops a concept of single low on media. Deputy Adakhan Madumarov announced at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on international affairs, defense and security.
According to him, it is planned to unite all laws on the media into one in Kyrgyzstan.
The deputy told that a round table discussion on the protection of human rights would be held tomorrow. «Cases of detention of a person without charge or evidence have recently increased. Only then all procedures are carried out. Previously, only terrorists, recidivists were detained by masked men. Journalists, politicians, ordinary citizens are detained like this today. Therefore, we must discuss human rights and identify what urgent measures need to be taken in this matter,» he said.
