The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan will consider a resolution of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration on the procedure for establishing and paying an additional monthly social support to the families of those killed and injured in the armed conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border on April 28-30, 2021 in Batken region.
The allowance amount is 37 calculated indexes (3,700 soms).
It will be paid to the following categories:
- Children of the deceased — until they reach the age of 18;
- Parents (father, mother) of victims when reaching the retirement age, in case the perished person was the only child — for life;
- Victims recognized as persons with disabilities — from the date of registration of disability until the end of the medical and social expert recognition.
For today, the number of children of deceased citizens under the age of 18 is 46. Applicants for the allowance should present a passport, a birth certificate of the child, certificate of residence, death certificate, a copy of the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the prosecutor’s office on the recognition as a victim of the conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border April 28-30 last year. In addition, a decision on guardianship should be submitted, if it is a guardian.
