He was born on July 16, 1975 in Kyzyl-Dyikan village of Chui region. He has higher legal education. Previously he worked at the national security bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, was an adviser to the Minister of Justice, headed the Chui Bishkek Department of Justice and then headed the Probation Department.
By order of the Ministry of Justice, Ayazbek Dzharkynbayev was appointed to the position of a Director of the Institute of Rule-Making and Rule of Law, created under the ministry.
Ayazbek Jarkynbayev was born in 1977. He has higher legal education. Previously, he worked at the Ministry of Justice, in the office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and was an expert of the methodological group for a large-scale inventory of the country’s legislation.
