President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov stressed the importance of developing cultural and humanitarian cooperation between India and the countries of Central Asia. Press service of the head of state reported.
«I hope that as the epidemiological situation stabilizes, the exchange of tourists will resume and Bollywood film projects will begin in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asian countries,» the president said, speaking at the first India — Central Asia online summit.
At the same time, successful cooperation of Central Asian states and India within the framework of the Global Snow Leopard and Ecosystem Protection Program was noted.
«Thanks to our joint efforts, we were able to save this noble animal from irrevocable extinction, as, unfortunately, happened to the Turanian tiger,» Sadyr Japarov said.
The head of state expressed hope that the agreements that would be adopted at the summit and the initiatives voiced by the parties would allow to solve the problems and challenges facing the states — participants of the dialogue platform.
