President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed a decree, according to which Idris Kadyrkulov was appointed an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ukraine. Press service of the President reported.
The relevant committee of the Parliament considered the issue of a new candidate for this post. The ex-head of the State Committee for National Security, Idris Kadyrkulov, has no right to hold the post of Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Ukraine — this is what the deputies decided and refused to appoint him. Despite this, the head of state signed the decree.
