The Committee of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on International Affairs, Security, Defense and Migration approved the candidacy of Ulukbek Maripov for the post of Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Saudi Arabia. The decision was made today.
At the meeting, deputy Zhanar Akayev noted that the post of ambassador has been vacant for two years.
Ulukbek Maripov is 41 years old. He was born in Nookat district of Osh region. From February 3 to October 12, 2021, he served as a Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
