Akylbek Japarov visits industrial and production facilities in Talas

Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov visited industrial and production facilities in Talas region. Press service of the Cabinet reported.

He inspected Arashan enterprise in Kyzyl-Adyr village, which processes milk, and a sugar beet processing plant in Ak-Dobo village.

The plant’s capacity is 100 tons of sugar beets per day and it provides 75 jobs. In 2022, it is planned to modernize it, after which the capacity will increase to 1,000 tons per day.

The official also took part in the ceremony of laying a capsule at the construction site of an additional building of secondary school No. 2 named after Rysakov in Talas.

The additional building is designed for 350 students and will be completed by the third quarter of 2022. The construction is funded by As-Safa Center Public Association.

Akylbek Japarov also laid a capsule at the construction site of a secondary school building for 275 students in Ozgorush village, Bakai-Ata district.

The project with a total cost of 86 million soms will be completed in 18 months, including a sports ground, a separate boiler room and a canteen. The project is funded by the Saudi Development Fund.

The head of the Cabinet also visited the Kirov reservoir in Chon-Kapka gorge and got acquainted with the project for the construction of a new Bala-Saruu hydroelectric power station. The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund allocated $22.9 million for the project.
