Employees of Asker Kurulush state enterprise, who are not paid their salaries, came to the building of the Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek.
About 10 people demand a meeting with the head of the Defense Ministry.
According to the accountant Gulzat Kulnazarova, the director of the state-owned enterprise Maisalbek Abdraliev promised to resolve the issue. However, to date, he has not taken any measures to pay the due money.
«We demand a meeting with the Minister of Defense. Prior to that, Maisalbek Abdraliev, in the presence of an expert from the Department of Defense, Law Enforcement and Emergencies of the Presidential Administration, promised to meet with us to discuss a solution to the problem. However, he does not take any action,» Gulzat Kulnazarova told.
Employees of Asker Kurulush have not been paid their salaries for a year. They complain that officials ignore them. The total arrears of the company in salaries of employees is more than 12 million soms.
