Dubai hosted a tourism roadshow in the framework of the National Day of the Kyrgyz Republic Expo 2020. The Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy reported.
The event was held to establish and strengthen business relations between travel companies of the two countries, search for potential local partners, as well as for foreign partners to get an idea of the opportunities of tourism industry in Kyrgyzstan, assess its attractiveness. More than 50 representatives of tourism organizations from the two countries participated in the tourism roadshow.
«We are ready to welcome tourists from all over the world at any time of the year. We have ideal conditions for all kinds of tourism: these are rivers for rafting, mountains over 7,000 meters high for climbers, and Issyk-Kul lake, our pearl. I can say with confidence that our republic is one of the countries where you can see all four seasons simultaneously,» the Minister of Culture Azamat Zhamankulov said.
At the end of the event, an agreement was signed between tourism operators of the United Arab Emirates and Kyrgyzstan on cooperation and exchange of tourists.
