According to him, the Russians must protect their economies fromlow-wage workforce that slows down its development. The politician believes that the low-wage workforce corrupts business, saves money on wage increase, retraining of workers and upgrading equipment.
«The Moscow authorities correctly formulated this problem: two or three times fewer people should work at construction sites, they should build two or three times faster and receive three times more. This approach should be extended to other regions and sectors of the economy, so the migration policy should be toughened,» he said.
