Owner of a water scooter beat a foreigner in Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan. Eyewitnesses reported on social media.

According to them, the man could not explain to the vacationer (presumably a citizen of Pakistan) the terms of use of the water scooter, beat him and threatened to take him to the police station.

«Filter of the water scooter just got clogged because of the sand. After a long dispute, the man agreed to let the foreigner go for 5,000 soms. Who will have a desire to come to our country after such cases?» eyewitnesses of the incident asked.
