The First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Kubatbek Boronov visited the residents of border villages in Kadamdzhai district of Batken region, who were injured in border incident. Press service of the Government Office reported.
They are currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Aidarken. Kubatbek Boronov was informed about the state of health of the citizens and the treatment received.
He noted the importance of providing appropriate necessary treatment and provision with necessary medicines.
Earlier, residents of Batken region expressed dissatisfaction that the First Deputy Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov did not meet with them, but went to meet with the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan.
Recall, the incident started with a skirmish between residents of the two villages. Each of the parties claimed that Chechme spring well belonged to them. Then the parties began to throw stones at each other. At least 25 citizens of Kyrgyzstan turned to hospital.
