«On December 4, the corporal was returning from a tactical training area, and, passing under the high-voltage line, received an electric shock. A radio station was on his back that caught an electric beam through a whip antenna. The injured is in a hospital. His condition is satisfactory. The Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Osh garrison was notified of the incident. An official investigation is underway,» the General Staff said.
