One-room and four-room apartments rose in price by 0.27 percent and 1.22 percent, respectively. At the same time, two-room, three-room and five-room apartments have fallen in price. Despite the rise in per square meter cost of three-room apartments, their prices declined in March.
A growth in prices for residential buildings in Talas, Naryn and Issyk-Kul regions was registered in March. Prices rose by 28.85 percent in Talas. In Jalal-Abad, housing has fallen in price by 4.13 percent, in Batken — by 32.83 percent.
