Bishkek City Administration told 24.kg news agency what assistance would be provided to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War.
When approving the city budget for 2019, at least 8.4 million were allocated from the local budget to provide additional targeted social support and conduct city and district activities.
At least 7.1 million soms are provided for one-time payments. Participants, disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Leningrad siege survivors and prisoners of concentration camps will get 10,000 soms each, home front workers, widows of participants and disabled veterans, families of killed soldiers — 5,000 soms each.
