Kyrgyzstan’s PM demands to solve all problematic issues within Safe City project

The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev held a meeting on preparation for implementation of the second phase of Safe City project. Information Support Department of the Government’s Executive Office reported.

At least 12,734 resolutions on violations of the rules of the road have been processed since March 4, and 5,686 of them were sent to post offices for further distribution to the addressees.

According to Bakyt Sharshembiev, Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technology and Communications, a slight delay in the initial dates of the launch of the second phase of the project is due to protracted coordination of permits for connecting hardware and software systems to existing engineering networks.

Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev instructed to solve problematic issues that might arise during the implementation of the next stages of the project, to scrupulously work out all the nuances.

«It is necessary to ensure not only safety on the roads and improve the road infrastructure, but also to introduce a clear and convenient mechanism for registration of violations, delivery of notifications and payment of fines. Citizens support the project and try to keep order on the roads; they should not have inconveniences when receiving notifications and paying fines,» he stressed.
