China is a reliable partner of Kyrgyzstan. The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Kubatbek Boronov said at a press conference.
He noted that the 27th anniversary of the establishment of Kyrgyz-Chinese relations would be marked this year.
«Over the years, China has become our close and reliable partner. Figures show it. Over the years of independence, China has invested $ 2.1 billion in the republic. Grant assistance is rendered. There are 397 Chinese enterprises in Kyrgyzstan, and other 170 are joint Kyrgyz-Chinese enterprises. Tax revenues from them in 2018 amounted to 3.8 billion soms, compared with 2017, they increased by 20 percent,» the First Deputy Prime Minister said.
In 2017, China accounted for 35 percent of Kyrgyzstan’s foreign trade turnover.
