The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan extended the provisional administration regime in Ak Bank, which has not been operating since 2005. Official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
According to it, the special regime was extended from December 19, 2018 for a period of six months. Kanysh Sharshekeeva was appointed temporary administrator of Ak Bank OJSC.
By a decree of the Board of the National Bank dated September 26, 2005, Ak Bank was mothballed. On October 31, 2005, license was revoked from the bank. It existed only on paper for a long time. Only in March of this year, the court made a decision in favor of the National Bank and recognized Ak Bank insolvent.
