Turkey increases quota for treatment of Kyrgyz citizens

Ministers of Health of Kyrgyzstan and Turkey have agreed to increase the quota for treatment of Kyrgyzstanis in Turkish clinics to 150 people. The press center of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

Since 2015, the countries have been implementing an agreement on the provision of highly qualified assistance to Kyrgyz citizens in Turkey. It stipulated for 100 quotas annually.

The selection is carried out by a special commission. The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic is granted 50 quotas, the same amount — to the Embassy of Turkey in Kyrgyzstan. Travel expenses, food, accommodation, translation of documents services are paid by patients themselves.
