Trial on the claim of the State Committee on Information Technology for consideration of complaints on Safe City project will begin on November 1. Press service of the Supreme Court reported.
The trial will take place in the Bishkek Interdistrict court. The presiding judge will be known closer to the date.
The State Committee filed a claim to the court, as it considers the decision of the Complaints Commission regarding Vega Corporation as unlawful.
Recall, the lost participant of the auction Information Systems Security LLC appealed to the Complaints Commission, saying that Vega Corporation had no mention of the confirmed experience of photo and video recording of traffic rules violations over the past three years. The Complaints Commission partially confirmed the information and completely canceled the decision of the tender commission.
The competition commission recommended to sign an agreement with Vega Corporation. The company offered 1,125 billion soms for the 1st lot, for the second — 1,195 billion soms.
