At least 7,170 household consumers in Bishkek were remotely disconnected from electricity supply for untimely payments. Their accounts receivable exceeded 6 million soms.
In order to avoid inconveniences in the autumn-winter period, power specialists recommend the consumers to pay their bills in time.
Electricity supply of consumers with «smart» meters, remotely interrupted due to late payments, is switched on after full payment and subsequent receipt of a signal by Severelectro server. The automated system then sends a signal on connection of a consumer without human participation.
