The Ambassador of Russia to Kyrgyzstan Andrei Krutko said today at a regular meeting of the Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the Parliament and the Federal Assembly that there could be no split in relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
According to him, the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic are stepping up cooperation in all spheres, including military-technical one.
Up to 2012, Russia has allocated more than $ 20 million to support the defense complex of the Kyrgyz Republic. Totally, Russia’s military assistance to Kyrgyzstan amounted to $ 125,784 million for 6 years.
However, the head of the Russian diplomatic mission stressed: the main thing is that the Kyrgyz parliament members to inform the population of their country that the policy of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic is in one line, and the presidents of the two states — Vladimir Putin and Sooronbai Jeenbekov — follow the same line, and there should be no misunderstanding at the local level.
