The Interior Minister Kashkar Dzhunushaliev admitted that his employees were guilty of the murder of 19-year-old Burulai in Zhayil police station. He stated this at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on law, order, crime and corruption control.
«I returned from Talas that night and visited Zhayil District Department of Internal Affairs. They allowed negligence. 23 employees were dismissed,» the minister said.
According to Kashkar Dzhunushaliev, the suspect of the murder of the girl, Mars Bodoshev, hid the knife in his socks when he got out of the car.
