A non-governmental organization, headed by Erkingul Imankozhoeva, withdrew a letter about another citizenship of Klara Kabilova. The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan informed 24.kg news agency.
As the member of the election commission Gulnara Jurabaeva explained to 24.kg news agency, the problem resolved of its own accord, and Klara Kabilova should receive a deputy seat.
Erkingul Imankozhoeva is also on the list of candidates from Ata Meken party. She represented SDPK in the fifth convocation.
Klara Kabilova claims the place of Aida Salyanova, sentenced by the Bishkek City Court to five years in prison with confiscation of property. She was found guilty of abuse of office when being the Minister of Justice.
Gulnara-Klara Samat is the former CEC chairwoman. During the elections to the Bishkek City Council in 2008, she stated that she was threatened by Maxim Bakiyev, the son of ex-president Kurmanbek Bakiyev, and left the country, fearing for her life.
