The investors themselves say that the cost of equipment alone is $ 5 million.
Residents of Toguz-Toro district of Jalal-Abad region repeatedly opposed the construction of the plant, believing that the factory would cause damage to the environment. During the riots on April 11, the villagers burned down the unfinished building of the factory and the office of the company GL Makmal Developing. A criminal case was also opened on this fact.
