The national football team of Kyrgyzstan defeated India.
The match of the final sixth round of the qualifying round for the Asian Cup 2019 took place the day before in Bishkek. Anton Zemlyanukhin opened the score at the second minute of the match. In the second half, the teams exchanged goals. The result is 2: 1 in favor of the national team of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This victory allowed the national team to overtake India and take the first place in the final table of A group. Both teams scored 13 points and got into the final stage of the continental championship. The Myanmar national teams (8 points) and Macao (0), also playing in this group, were left out of the tournament.
The Asian Cup will take place from January 5 to February 1, 2019 in the UAE.
