According to the quality of medicine, the most dangerous countries for tourists are the countries of Africa, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan. The most secure are Canada, the USA, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
Brazil, China, Russia and Kazakhstan are considered to be countries with rapidly developing variable risks.
Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan are considered to be high-risk countries in medicine.
Canada, USA, Spain, Great Britain, France, Germany, Japan, New Zealand and Australia are recognized as the safest. Travelers are not recommended to visit Syria, Mali, Libya, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen, Mexico, Pakistan and India.
Kyrgyzstan has a moderate level of security. The same position is occupied by Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine.
Road safety is led by Japan, Australia and New Zealand. An unfavorable traffic situation is in many African countries, Kazakhstan, Iran, Saudi Arabia. In Kyrgyzstan, Russia and China — the same indicators. In countries there is a high level of danger on the roads.
A global survey conducted by Business Resilience Trends Watch-2018 found that 58 percent of travelers refused to travel because of security threats.
