Chairman of State Penitentiary Service of Kyrgyzstan visits London prison

The head of the State Service for Punishment Execution, Taalaybek Zhaparov, visited the High Down Prison in the framework of the 19^th annual conference of the International Corrections and Prisons Association in London. The State Service reported.

According to it, the conference participants got acquainted with the work of the prison.

At the conference, delegations from Great Britain, Canada, Australia, Singapore, China, Romania and other countries studied new approaches to modern programs, ideas and technologies for the rehabilitation of offenders and their reintegration into society, got acquainted with the positive practice of foreign countries in implementing new rehabilitation programs for convicted persons.
