Ministry of Emergency Situations tells about sharp weather change aftermath

Deputy Head of the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Azamat Mambetov told about the aftermath of the sharp weather change in Kyrgyzstan in the end of September at a press conference.

According to him, Jalal-Abad-Kazarman road was closed because of the snowfall by the order of the head of Toguz-Toroo district until May 2018.

A traffic jam formed on Bishkek-Osh road (Too-Ashuu Pass) because of unpreparedness of cars for the winter. «The restriction for the cars on October 4 was introduced 3 times,» Azamat Mambetov told.
