Single pension provision in EEU to be by 2018

Single pension provision in the Eurasian Economic Union will be by 2018, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov said today at the end of the meeting of the intergovernmental council.

According to him, one of the fundamental goals of the Union is the formation of a single labor market. «The agreement on the provision of pensions for the workers of the EEU countries should become a landmark document creating an equitable environment for the workers of our countries. We call on Member States to make every effort to finalize and enforce the Pensions provision agreement in 2018,» Sooronbai Jeenbekov said.

Kyrgyzstan reaffirms its readiness to move further towards deepening common markets and strengthening the freedom of movement of goods, services, labor and capital.
