There are four recommendations, two of which should be fulfilled by the Ministry of Health, the Global Fund, the secretariat, the country itself and the country team before signing the grant. In particular, to assess the potential of the system and the project implementation group of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, before the latter assumes the role of the main recipient for the next financing period. We also would like to have a balanced budget.»
