Following the Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, the first deputy head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko flew to Bishkek, 24.kg news agency was informed by its own sources.
According to them, the visit of Sergey Kiriyenko, as well as the visit of Sergei Shoigu, was private.
