Russia’s Justice Ministry examined courts’ decisions in Tyuleev’s case

The Ministry of Justice of Russia has carried out an examination of the decisions of the courts in the case of Nariman Tyuleev. The ex-mayor of Bishkek said this today at a press conference in 24.kg news agency.

According to him, the court confiscated the property of his deceased father. Tashbolot Tyuleev died on December 4, 2013, but this did not hinder confiscation of his property.

«The verdict of Leninsky District Court of Bishkek came into force only on December 24, 2014. The courts had to suspend the decision, review it, wait until the heirs come into inheritance, and rightly carry out the confiscation," Nariman Tyuleev said.

He added that he applied to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation to conduct an examination of court decisions. Experts came to the conclusion that the verdict of the court did not say about the confiscation of property.

Earlier, the State Property Management Fund explained why it confiscated the building of the business center SapatCom from ex-mayor of Bishkek Nariman Tyuleev. According to it, it was confiscated by a judicial decision. The Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic on November 30, 2015 upheld the judicial acts of courts of the first and second instance regarding the confiscation of movable and immovable property in favor of the state.

Caravan shopping center, owned by Nariman Tyuleev, was also confiscated in favor of the state.
