The correspondent of 24.kg news agency visited the village of Baktuu-Dolonotu near Cholpon-Ata, where the hippodrome is located, to see the state of such an expensive and significant for the republic facility.

According to the head of the press service of the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports Nurdin Sultambayev, «this year it is planned to hold more than 10 large-scale events at the hippodrome and in the sports complex." «In particular, the opening of the tourist season in Issyk-Kul region," he said.

Recall, the first World Nomad Games took place in September 2014 on the shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. The competitions were held in 10 sports with the participation of 19 countries.
