Heads of Kyrgyzstan and Russia discuss implementation of joint projects

Heads of Kyrgyzstan and Russia compared positions, having discussed the implementation of joint projects. President Almazbek Atambayev said today during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

«I am very glad to see you on the Kyrgyz land and the possibility of discussing strategic issues once again. It is symbolic that the meeting is taking place on the eve of the 25^th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations. I want to note that with the accession of Kyrgyzstan to the EEU, relations have moved to a new level of trust and cooperation," Almazbek Atambayev said.

Russia in the person of Vladimir Putin helps and supports Kyrgyzstan in the period of adaptation.

He recalled that only thanks to the will of the President of the Russian Federation, there was established the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and allocated $ 200 million for the supply of equipment.

«I am confident that in spite of all the rumors and gossip, we hit the right road by joining the Union. We will solve all problems by the end of the year with the help of the brotherly Russia. Some obstacles and barriers will be removed. The meeting provides an opportunity to compare positions for further cooperation," Almazbek Atambayev said.
