First Secretary of the Russian Embassy Viktor Pukhov left Kyrgyzstan. Spokesperson for the diplomatic mission Darya Pakhomova informed 24.kg news agency.
Earlier it was reported that the driver of Pukhov’s car was guilty of the fatal accident. According to Darya Pakhomova, Viktor Pukhov was sent to Russia upon diplomatic mission management decision. But the Embassy representative could not say when he left, and will he return there to participate in investigative activities.
In addition, the spokesperson confirmed earlier voiced information that exactly Viktor Pukhov was driving Toyota Land Cruiser Prado car.
The traffic accident took place on February 16 in Bishkek. Embassy car crashed into Mercedes Sprinter, driving through a stoplight. Evgeniy Leksin was killed.
Criminal case was opened on the traffic accident.
