Russian President Vladimir Putin sent congratulations to President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov on the occasion of the spring holiday Nooruz. The Kremlin website says.
Vladimir Putin noted the high level of bilateral relations with Kyrgyzstan and expressed confidence that mutually beneficial, multifaceted ties will continue to develop successfully.
Congratulations were also sent to the Presidents of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
