Tashiev awards border guards involved in installing state border fences

Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) Kamchybek Tashiev visited military unit No. 2022 of the Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken, where a ceremony was held to award servicemen who took part in installing fencing along the state border. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

According to the press service, the event was attended by Commander of military unit No. 7707 Kubanych Itigulov and the unit’s personnel.

«Kamchybek Tashiev presented the servicemen with a certificate for 2 million soms, highly praised their work in the process of constructing the border fence, and expressed his gratitude. On May 22, 2025, the first working group consisting of 50 servicemen from military unit No. 7707 began installing border markers in Ganjak section of Kyzyl-Bel village in Batken district,» the statement says.
