President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov handed over keys to apartments in Muras residential complex, built by the State Mortgage Company (SMC) on Kubanychbek Malikov Street, to 476 families. The press service of the presidential administration of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

«We attach paramount importance to the development of the social sphere, including providing our people with affordable and high-quality housing. At the end of last year, we already transferred 510 apartments to needy citizens as part of the first stage of construction of this complex. Full completion of the construction of the residential complex is scheduled for the end of 2026,» the president noted.

He emphasized that today’s handover ceremony is the successful completion of the second stage of construction of a large-scale complex, which includes five 18-storey buildings designed for 476 apartments. In total, the residential complex will include thirty-nine blocks of 18 and 24 floors.

Kyrgyzstan is a social state, so the development of the social sphere, including providing citizens with affordable and high-quality housing, is of paramount importance.
